The short version
Your notes, people, and photos stay on your device. We don't have access to any of it. Ones collects a small amount of anonymous usage data to help improve the app. Nothing personal, no ads, nothing sold or shared.
Your data
All notes, people, events, and photos you create in Ones are stored locally on your device. The app does not transmit any of this data to us or to any third party.
iCloud
If you choose to enable iCloud backup (available on the paid plan), your data is synced and stored through Apple's iCloud service using CloudKit. This data is associated with your personal Apple ID and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Analytics
Ones collects a small amount of anonymous usage data to help us improve the app, like which screens are opened and which features get used. This data never includes the content you save in Ones: no notes, no names, no photos, and nothing that identifies you personally. We do not use advertising SDKs or tracking pixels, and we do not sell or share this data.
Third parties
Ones does not share data with any third parties. There are no ads, no ad networks, and no data brokers involved.
Subscriptions
Ones offers an optional paid plan managed entirely through Apple's App Store. Payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
Deleting your data
You can delete any note, person, or date directly in the app at any time. Uninstalling Ones removes all data stored locally on your device. If you turned on iCloud sync, you can manage or remove that data from your iCloud account in iOS Settings, under your name, then iCloud.
Children
Ones is designed for adults and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Check back occasionally if you want to stay current.
